We’re living in the future that science fiction once warned us about, where capitalism is insatiable, democracy impotent, science mistrusted, technology weaponised and the concept of ‘progress’ indefinable. Our aim at Zeeger Books is to capture the terror and madness of a species in terminal decline.
We accept proposals for novels, novellas and collections that explore the state of our world through narratives of dread, panic and discomfort. Chilling and disturbing but never tasteless or crude, we want stories that reveal – and surpass – the horror of our reality.
